Not included: Heating is available in cooler months and charged on amount consumed.
Security Deposit: There is a security deposit of €500 payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure (assuming no damage). We ask guests to inform us of any small breakages (glasses etc) so that items can be replaced for use by future guests. We reserve the right to charge for major breakages.The house and grounds have also been used for parties and weddings for up to 70 people. Please contact us if you are interested in a venue for such an event. We would also be happy to help co-ordinate caterers, marquees etc.

We will reply to your request by email within 24 hours. Should you be interested in booking but require time to find flights, book a hire car or confirm arrangements with family or friends please email or call us so we can put a hold on the property for seven days awaiting your completed booking form. A 30% deposit payment is due on booking. We are happy to discuss any particular needs you may have and will do our best to accommodate them, and would be happy to give references for you to contact if you wish.
